Celebrity Landscaper and TV Host; Former Host of Yard Crashers
Ahmed Hassan is an accredited landscape designer, consultant and gardener. The 22-year expert is a Landscape Contractor, Home Improvement Salesperson, Certified Landscape Maintenance Technician, and Qualified Applicator for pest control. He owns Ahmed Hassan Landscape Services (AHLS) LLC, a landscape design, installation, and maintenance company. He has collaborated and worked on several landscape and construction projects throughout the country.

He has served as guest contributor for
the CBS Early Show and NBC’s Today Show. He is a guest columnist for
several publications including the new HGTV magazine.

Josh Flagg
Celebrity Real Estate Agent and Author; Star of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing
Josh graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 2004 and jumped right into high-end residential real estate. Josh had the choice to either join the family business, which owns and develops shopping centers, or go a different direction. He chose a different direction.
Flagg does do more than sell real estate though. He also is a world traveler, having been to more than 50 countries.

Josh has written two books. His first
book “Million Dollar Agent: Brokering the Dream”, chronicles his path to
becoming one of the top brokers in Los Angeles at an extremely young
age. Josh aspires to continue his writing career and is working on his
third book, which is a guide to Luxury Resorts around the world.
Josh is also one of the stars of Bravo TVs Million Dollar Listing, returning for its fifth season this year.

Sylvie is a Interior Designer native from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and speaks French. She received her Interior Design Degree in Montreal. She came to Fort Worth Texas in 1996 with her husband and her 2 boys. Since that time Sylvie has began following her dreams by learning English and builds her design expertise to be able to turning her passion into a business.

She takes her passion for design very
seriously. She is able to create an outstanding rapport with her
clients by serving them promptly and efficiently, listening to their
needs and incorporating their own unique style into her design all while
staying within budget. In addition to her book, Sylvie has also
written articles on Green Design for national publication and is a
Certified Aging in Place Specialist; giving her the ability to help her
to create interior design so aging clients can stay self-sufficient in
their homes well into their golden years.

Olsen attended Oxford University in England, studying landscape architecture, landscape principals, and philosophy and also graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in business. Chris has over 25 years of landscape architecture and interior design experience. Chris is a regular contributing writer for many national publications and is known for his wit and flair as well as his famous humor!
